Orange Energy Morning Smoothie
A refreshing wake-you-up zinger!

Ingredients
- 1 med or lrg naval orange
- 3 c coconut water
- 3/4″ inch ginger
- 4 mint leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 c crushed ice
- 1 tbsp physillium (optional)
Directions
- Peel and section the orange.
- Peel and chop the ginger
- Place all ingredients in blender
- Blend for 2-4 minutes depending on blender. Blend until very smooth.
