Green Apple Ginger Smoothie

A delicious and refreshing drink, paired with a blueberry and pistachio lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 3 inch cucumber, cut into chunks (peeling optional, I leave the peel on mine.)
  • Handful of spinach
  • ½ inch ginger, peeled
  • 3 c filtered water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend for 4 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
