Green Apple Ginger Smoothie
A delicious and refreshing drink, paired with a blueberry and pistachio lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 3 inch cucumber, cut into chunks (peeling optional, I leave the peel on mine.)
- Handful of spinach
- ½ inch ginger, peeled
- 3 c filtered water
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend for 4 minutes.
- Enjoy!
