Morning Energizer Smoothie
A punched up refreshing orange ‘juice,’ fibre included!
Ingredients
- 1 large navel or cara cara orange
- 1 c frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1” square (ish) piece of orange peel
- 2.5 c coconut water
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend for 3 minutes.
- Enjoy!
