Here’s a few more properly combined meal ideas. The first one was from a restaurant visit with a friend!
(Above) Neutral: I enjoyed lunch out with a friend at a new restaurant in the Forks Market building (Winnipeg), called Pessero. Wow! I will go back. You can properly food combine while eating out. This meal of Brussels sprouts, salad, and beets, falls under neutral. And it was so delicious!
Protein: My hubby came up with this zucchini-tomato-onion fry with Italian sausage.
Fruit: Half a peach and a handful of cherries. Love the variety and freshness of summer! This was breakfast.
Starch: Cauliflower rice Mediterranean themed stir-fry with toast.
